Dreadful. No sign of parcel. Have had to visit, and I live 30 mins away from their depot. Having been told it was there, it wasn't. Having been told today it would be delivered, it wasn't. Now putting in formal complaint with the company who used them as a courier.

Absoutley awful service only gave me one out of my two parcels was told by the company who had sent it he had forgot to give me the other one and would be straight back out waited all day nothing came rang them the next day to be told it would be out on that day and still nothing arrived waste of time using the courier

When I'd phoned to reschedule my parcel delivery the courier said 'We're only in Blaydon, you could come and pick it up'. I don't have a car and to get to their depot from my house would take 2 or 3 buses and a walk. Not easy at all, especially when working full time! Rescheduled my delivery for today - the only day I have had off work for ages. Sat in the house all day and got nothing!! Not happy. I'm going on holiday this weekend for two weeks and can't see how I can get my parcel before then. :- (

I am a florist and wanted to trial sending flowers via courier with the view to eventually offering that service to my customers. I chose Goldstar because they are a local independent company just like myself. I sent a test delivery to Billingham and to be fair, the process of arranging the pick up was easy and the delivery driver who collected them was great, really friendly and knowledgeable. However the next day I received word from my customer who had ordered it and they told me that the box was so badly damaged that the driver asked if she wanted to refuse delivery. The outer box was completely caved in, so badly that the inner box had split and the water bubble wrapped in cellophane had burst, which takes some doing! I can accept that accidents happen but my main complaint is that I have now sent 2 emails to them, 2 chances to try and resolve this for me and they haven't so much as even acknowledged my email never mind dealt with my complaint or apologised. No only has this test put me off using this company but it has put me off offering a courier service altogether.

This delivery service is useless! No warning of delivery, just turn up whenever! Called them and a rather awful, back chatting, rude girl answered the phone. They can't provide you with a.m or p.m and will not do a click & collect service which most companies do now, don't bother using them as I've noticed there's a lot of complaints.
