Campus and facilities are good but the administration is terrible. Tutors rarely bother to reply to emails, they are hard to reach. I couldn't recommend based on my experiences.

I graduated with a BA Designs degree a few years ago. The university is small so facilities such as the library and cafe are cramped with students. Good luck finding a seat. The course was average but unfortunately it did not succeed with my career choice. The design studios are too small, so there's always slots that are booked using the machines. .etc. The classes did not provide much education so skills were limited especially for beginners, so it was more "you can do it yourself" attitude. I think it got to the point where I wanted to quit my second year but I thought I'll continue until then. I didn't really enjoy the environment in my class, so I didn't socialise with most of them as they thought they were better than others. Some teachers had favorites which obviously gives off the wrong impression to other students who work hard as well. If I could change universities I wish I did, but everyone has their own experience.

Meh. Goldsmiths has some amazing lecturers/tutors, but there are also a couple tutors who have major issues. You got a wide berth of students from nerds, to drama geeks to major frat-like partiers. Some students aren't serious at all and are here for the London experience. The school seems bent on its historical privilege and reputation, but honestly, I've learned it's just a public state school enrolling anyone from nearby. Yet, I was duped to thinking it was a really higher ed and jobs afterwards from an international perspective. I'm only glad I went here b/c I wouldn't have met my boyfriend and the alumni, that's ALL. If I could do it over again... and you are in Art or Design - I recommend going to RCA or Ravensbourne instead. Goldsmiths does have a killer research library and reasonable pricing for tuition, supplies and food.

Small and a little chockablock - but nice little campus, attentive staff, great menu choices. Gets out parental approval for sure

Goldsmiths is a wonderful, dynamic place. I am loving my time as a student (and employee) here and I really feel like I am part of a great community. The staff are all very helpful and if any issues ever arise they are all great at getting things sorted. As a 'mature' student I feel very supported by the university and my peers. There are lots of great opportunities within the university and the surrounding areas and I am really happy that I am finally a studying here. I would recommend considering Goldsmiths to anyone applying for university in London because after visiting a lot of different universities over many years, I can safely say that there isn't another like it. Goldsmiths really encourages, nurtures and engages with you. Being a student at Goldsmiths doesn't mean changing who you are but evolving, improving and working with what you already have.
