Visited Goldsmiths Kilmarnock to buy a gift for my daughter who was getting her wings after completing her cabin crew training. The lady that was helping us was very helpful and happily helped us choose earrings and was happy to give us options. Both ladies were very pleasant as we heard the other lady helping an elderly customer buy a gift. She was happy to chat with the lady and she left feeling as happy as I was with the service. I generally go to Braehead or Silverburn when shopping but I’ll make Kilmarnock Goldsmiths my go to jewellers now purely because of my experience on 26/1/22 Thank you
My husband and Myself stopped in after looking at ring in the window. We were let into the shop asked to sanitize and give our details. We felt comfortable as soon as we were seated. Valerie asked what ring we had seen and brought the tray she advised us that she would sanatize the ring I would like to try. She also advised if there was any others to let us know. I tried the ring on and it was nice she also should me the one next to it and advised it was a better clarity, she said again it was whatever choice I made, at no point did I feel pressure, in the end my husband chose the one that Valerie recommended. We both had such a good experenice from start to finish, We know it is a different way to shop now at no time did we feel rushed. So well done to Valerie and the other girls in the shop. We will return in the future, and recommend to family and friends
Great products, but insurance is not fit for purpose. Goldsmiths refused to pay out on my stolen watch as there was no forced entry police involvedyou are told the insurance will give you peace of mind should it be stolen and at £200 for your cover this is what you expect. But sadly this is not the case.
First time shopping with this company staff very knowledgeable and friendly lovely experience all round would certainly recommend and hope to be back.

Looking for new necklaces for myself and my daughter using my Tesco Clubcard vouchers, Muriel was very helpful and we got to choose exactly what we were looking for. Excellent hygiene measures in place too.
Service was excellent and I was shown a selection of items. There was no sales pressure and I was given as much time as I needed to choose my item.
