Went in. Asked to see particular ring, was shown, the size was too small, left the shop, looked at the window and there were other same rings just different sizing. I was not shown those. Extremely poor customer service. On top of that I wasn’t even asked to sat down for sizing? Just served at the counter. Don’t feel like I have to say more

I recently had a great experience at Goldsmith Staines. The sales assistant Aaron Jovin was incredibly helpful with helping my fiancée and I with our wedding bands and a few watches. He was incredibly patient and gave us all the advice and time we needed to make our decisions. After a few days of the sale we also got a thank you email.

Great experience, couldn't fault the salesman. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Had the watch I wanted, strap adjusted perfectly.

Popped in today with my family to ask how much it would cost to get 4 links removed from my partner’s bracelet he’d been given by the kids for Father’s Day. Within 5 minutes the links had been removed and the very kind Aaron Arun not sure of spelling sorry when asked how much he wanted for doing it said on the house and wished my partner a happy Father’s Day! What a polite young man and extremely helpful. We hadn’t even purchased the bracelet from Goldsmiths. Kindest goes a long way! :

Really excellent service, particularly as I was just redeeming Tesco vouchers. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful if I’d been spending millions!  I was greeted, shown where the items were which were of interest to me and left to browse. Immediately I needed a closer look an assistant was there not too close, we’re still wearing masks! and I was given ample opportunity to select the jewellery I wanted. I’m happy to recommend and I will certainly be visiting again.

I’d actually give it a zero if I could .  Service has been appalling.  Spent 4k on a 1 carrot diamond ring for the actual diamond to become loose , thankfully never fell out .. I could turn the entire stone around in the four claws , which isn’t great.  I now have concerns that this has damaged the actual diamond itself  .   5 weeks later and after 4 calls  me contacting them and them saying they would call back or send emails to the manufacturers I’m told it will be the end of this month before I will get it back .  I also asked for a resize whilst being repaired .  They had no record of this and said they would have to receive the ring back  for them to resend it off again to be resized.  Are they actually joking. This could take an extra 8 wks  on top of the expected 10wks for the stone to be re set.  No one calls me back or contacts me via email it’s nothing short of a circus.  Perhaps leaving this might help .
