Used Goldfinch to sell a property, I was always kept well informed of the viewings/sale etc. and the original sale package was excellent showed nearby schools, transport, and other amenities in the area I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Even after the sale was complete I had a query about another matter which they were more than happy to sort out for me. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would happily recommend Goldfinch Estate Agents.
My previous experiences with selling my home with estate agents had not been good. With Goldfinch I have had a brilliant experience and have sold my house within three months, beating my expectations. Excellent customer care especially from Kathryn whom was helpful, polite and patient throughout the sale. I would recommend Goldfinch to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Well, what an experience that was! I won't go into all the reasons why we ended up with a property 350 miles away and an impossible set of obstacles to face. What I do remember was doing the best thing I knew how - pray! Then I remember that first long conversation with Bernie at Goldfinch Estate Agents when she restored my faith in the property sales profession with sound advice and a friendly ear. It was clear she just wanted to help. Fast forward to April this year when Norah said they'd been discussing the best way to help, and yes, they could find a way to sell the property to someone who wanted it as it was, and achieve more of my ideal outcomes than I thought was possible. Norah managed the process from the new office in Hebburn - what perfect timing that was - picking up the phone every time I called; always doing what was needed to move the process forward. I've only bought & sold half a dozen or so properties in my time, but this Divinely-appointed experience was the most professional, personable and yes, even pleasant - of them all. My deep thanks and appreciation to everyone at Goldfinch - definitely much more than an estate agent.
We purchased our first home through Goldfinch and had nothing but issue after issue with the legal bit's but Kyle was absolutely brilliant and can't thank him enough for everything he's done to help. I would recommend the team at Goldfinch to anyone thinking of buying or selling. 10/10
I walked into Goldfinch estate agents in hebburn. I was introduced to Kath Marshal and Jessica Loftus. My partner Jacqie had just passed away 2 weeks ago, and because our home was in her name I was told I had to move out by karbon Homes. On my way home from work, I walked past a place called Goldfinch Estate Agents where they worked. I had little hope and I did not know how to go about finding somewhere and all the details I needed. However, ......they sat me down and took my details. Not only were they diligent, committed and showed a great deal of empathy. I was taken aback by the effort and personal diligence that they showed me. I told them I would like a place by the seaside because that where me and Jackie's fondest memories are. Within a few weeks they cut so much red tape I thought it was Christmas. Now they have found me a beautiful place in South shields by the seaside where me and my Jacqie loved. No words can replace my loss but the happiness of the commitment they showed me really really lifted my spirits to a level I thought I could never reach again. I also want to say thank you to the director of goldfinch estates Angela Todd for even taking the time to show me the property and assisting in getting this all done so fast. Now the only problem I have......is making sure i can pack eeverything in time to move into another part of my life that goldfinch have given me back. There are many estate agents on this road in Hebburn, but I stand proud, holding goldfinch's flag. P.s To all who are in a similar situation, just hold on, let them do their job, they're good. My brother and I had to sell our late parents' house in South Shields. We both now live hundreds of miles away and needed an estate agent who could act remotely and communicate promptly and efficiently. Goldfinch's performance was excellent throughout. I was delighted with the service they provided. In these Covid times, it was a welcome relief to deal with an organisation which did not plead Covid as an excuse, answered the phone promptly, who responded to emails almost immediately and who dealt with queries and took requested actions promptly. If I were to be selling another property in South Tyneside, I would definitely use them again. It is a pity they do no have an office near me!!
Sold my property with Goldfinch and was not expecting a good service due to past problems with other agents. I was pleasantly surprised and Goldfinch delivered as promised and were professional throughout. A special mention for Taylor Broughton who was on the ball and had clear and consistent communications which is a big thing when making a big financial transaction. Our experience with goldfinch estate agents was second to none. Stephen helped me with the purchase of our new family home. Everything has been dealt with speed and efficiency. Communication through the process was amazing even on evenings when everyone else was closed I would not hesitate to recommend Goldfinch to anyone looking to purchase their next home.
