First visit for me.. went with my partner for an out of town dinner and had seen this place on my travels before and thought it looked nice and I was right.. inside is modest in size and had traditional decor throughout and gives u that authentic feeling when eating here.. Was slightly more than other places I've been too but it was nice all the same and would recommend and would visit again Thank you for the lovely food Kid-friendliness: There were other poeple dining that night and they had children of various ages and another family had a baby all of which were not a disturbance in anyway and they didn't seem to mind families of all ages and I agree.
We had a lovely all you can eat Chinese on Sunday and we really enjoyed it, service was excellent, food was fresh and good portions, if you wanted more they would bring it out quickly. Will definitely go back again. It was busy, all tables full but didn’t interrupt quick service.
We have been loyal customers to Golden Willow for well over 10 years, and the food is always great…but the price seems to have increased massively over the last few months. We know Chinese is our more expensive choice or take away but tonight it’s about £40 more expensive than normal…and after looking at individual items a lot have increased by a £1 or more. The food is great but the price has just become too much now. A Chinese will be a very rare occasion from now on.
A lovely place to go and eat! I went in the worst of the winter weather all that rain! and I had a great time, I can imagine its lovely in the summer. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff were very friendly and polite. The menu is full of tasty dishes to try and everything we ordered came in good time and was exceptionally tasty. Great portion sizes too, so don't over order like we did!! I won't hesitate in coming back again.
Delicious food for 2 doting Grandparents, with their grandchild of 11y.o whose eyes were bigger than her tummy! Helpful customer service from your team. Kid-friendliness: Very good to our 11y.o grandchild, who couldn't finish her dinner... Doggy-bag box! willingly offered!

I wasn’t going to say anything, but after reading the most recent reviews I noted that someone had a food poisoning after visiting this establishment timeline indicates 2 weeks ago. We went there for a lunch on a Saturday 3 days ago and I have also had food poisoning. Still getting over it as I type actually! It has been a horrible experience for me. Therefore, make your own conclusion in your decision whether you want to eat food there or not.
Excellent customer service, a good menu with lots of taste dishes. Would reccomend!
