abhorrent service and unreasonable pricing. i was advised my kitten needed surgery and only had 6 months left to live, and then it took 3 months to even get a quote. they left her to die. avoid
The first thing they ask is do you have Insurance. Not great. Referred to Langford vets who carried out the operation and showed they care. Had to go back to Golden Valley in Nailsea to pick up medication , i was told i could only have a small number of tablets and it took 3 nurses and 30 mins to calculate exactly how many i needed. Once they worked out how many i needed there was no apology.
We had fist appointment for our new family member... Like always all staff are very helpful and friendly.... Best place for our princes...

Absolutely shocking. The vet we saw didn’t appear interested or qualified - she wasn’t able to take the dogs temperature and missed clear and obvious signs of a lump which was later picked up and resolved by Watkins and Tasker. Who took very good care of our pet. When we raised the issue with the manager she was more interested in receiving payment than assessing the poor service we received
