Stitched us on the deposit. 

No proper handover, then accused us of damaging the cooker hob. 
Our word against theirs. 
They kept the deposit.

We stayed at the Swan Lake Villa in Vilamoura as a family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children). The villa was absolutely stunning and I would have to say the pictures just do not do it justice.

Booking with Golden Triangle was a smooth process from arranging our transfers to the collection of keys.

The villa was large (6 bedrooms in total) with 4 ensuites all of exceptional quality. All of the interiors were of a very high quality and the layout was free flowing leading from the large open planned living area onto the pool. 

The house was immaculately well kept and during our seven day stay, maids attended on two occasions. 

We even asked for a special birthday cake and this was delivered to our villa on the day requested.

The only niggles whilst we were there was the Wi FI in the upstairs bedroom and downstairs cinema room was a bit hit and miss and the TV channels didn't contain half of the channels  (but then who goes on holiday to watch TV!)

Can't say thank you enough to Claire, Vera and Eva for making this stay so enjoyable.

Should we ever need somewhere to stay in Portugal again, Golden Triangle will be the first people we call.
