Decided to order food in as not well. Looked on just eat for closest Chinese. This place is a 5 minute walk from my place so I ordered at 7pm. The email from just eat stated that they accepted my order and would be delivered at 8.05 pm. I figured it would be quicker to go collect it, but as I am not well, I bit the bullet on the time. 8.05pm came and no delivery. Rang the take away, the response was: The driver left 5 mins ago - i live a 1 min drive away There could have been a traffic jam - perhaps, but not plausible as the streets between the take away and where I live are not main roads. The restaurant is busy and those order take priority - OK, I can accept this, however again, I live a minutes drive away and 1 hour to make and deliver a very simple order is a joke. The restaurant said they would call the driver and get him to deliver to me next - i gave up and hung up the phone. It is now 8.30pm - and hour and a half after I ordered and 25 mins after the restaurants stated delivery time. I will be ringing just eat to get my money back. I RECOMMEND YOU NEVER ORDER FOR FOR DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE.

Disappointed... they serve only Chinese students so we didn't was aloud to order something . Thats bad... looks like they are racist..

very very poor! I am vegetarian and order same thing 3 times. But all of them did mistake. First time, put meat on that, I have menstion what I want is vegetable ! Second time, I told them again and agian, then put prawn, I don't eat seafood as well. Third time, I came to this restaurant, and say what I want , very very clearly, still made mistake . Eventually, I call them, not to say how bad customer service they have, they give me promise that do it again for free and take "wrong food" back, then I got re-make food, BUT IT WAS VERY POOR Vegetable normorlly come with mushroom and other stuff, this time nothing. you can say how them treat customer, and still say you should understand me . Order or not, make your choice.
