Ordered food via Just Eat at 9:45pm. Confirmation was given by Just Eat from Golden Eagle for delivery at 10:40pm. Food was delivered 20 minutes late, extremely cold and missing an item. Rang the restaurant who said they would not give me my money back and when asked what they would give me back said they would give me an item for free!!!!! Terrible service and would encourage others to stay away from Golden Eagle as they provide extremely poor service!!!! Update: Rang Just Eat who contacted the restaurant who then claimed that I had lied about the food being cold!! Would not trust buying from these con-artists.

Ordered food at 19:30 via Just Eat. Was advised a delivery time of 20:50. Was waiting until 23:00 and received absolutely nothing despite calling and being reassured that my order would be "the first out of the door" and "with you in 5-10 minutes" multiple times. Eventually cancelled. Aware there has been snow recently but there is no excuse for a delay of almost four hours. Shocking.

Phone for food nearly two hours ago to be told food would arrive in 1 hour . It's now been nearly 2 hours and still no food has arrived. Also phoned to be told it has left ages ago so no doubt it will be cold

I will never order food from here again disgusting food and service orderd food at 8 and it finally turned up at 10 food was stone cold and chips were hard ... to top it off my food came to £13 I gave the driver a £20 note and she had no change I was told she would bring me bk my change its now 11.50 and still waiting for it I have fned the shop twice and same story it's on its way !! Very very poor service would not recommend .

The food we have had in the past has been really good but tonight when we orderd its wasent good food was deliverd cold and the ranch sauce was vile it had a strong amonia taste and was green in couler it also had an incredibly powerful off smell
