We’ve been struggling to find anywhere to the same standard as Fontana garden in chilwell since it closed. Had many disappointing meals from various places, but now I think we’ve found our new favourite takeaway. Food was absolutely fantastic, on time and great value. We Waited 90 minuets for food !!! Rang after an hour to be told it was with the driver and would be 15 minuets, which it didn’t arrive for another 30 minuets, I only live 8 minuets from the shop so I was lied to, when the food arrived it was so cold! Even though the woman on the phone had assured me it wouldn’t be cold, the chips looked like standard frozen chips that were overcooked and some 5 spice powder added, not even proper salt and pepper chips, the egg fried rice was like microwaveable rice from the shop, chow Main wasn’t like the normal you would get, food was not worth £25 at all !!

Ordered 2x portion of ribs, we got exactly what we ordered ribs. Only problem being is they where vegan ribs and had no meat.

Worst Chinese we have had! The food was tasteless, the crispy chicken had never seen a chicken and the rice tasted like it was microwaved. We won’t be ordering from here again.

First time we have tried this takeaway after our usual one changed hands. Very impressed. Delivery was very fast, the food was piping hot and the portions were generous. All the dishes were very tasty. 10/10 Will definitely use again. Can fully recommend.

wasn't allowed to put a minus score. waited over a hour 15 before i rang for a update. was told delivery driver on way. 30 minutes later. rang again... more excuses.  never got to actually taste the food . they had the nerve to say if we ordered again we could have 30% off.  i mean it should be free just as common courtesy .  shame they couldnt deliver as fast as they took my money....  the only positive is they did refund my money .

if you are in the food industry you do through passion and heart. Customer satisfaction is what keeps your business going but not to this business....after a very disappointing experience my partner left an honest review stating we had over a 2 hour wait and excuse after excuse but did state he had gotten a refund to only have the manager ring him quite a few times as all he wants is the review taken down as its damaged his star rating and he wants it to be higher. I'm sorry but if you worked on your honesty on order updates and getting customer service right your star reviews would increase genuinely not telling people to change it.

Ordered a meal to be delivered. The service was very fast i didnt even have time to find a tip! and the delivery driver very kind. The food was delicious and good value for money.

Food was okay, not worth waiting 70 minutes for on a Tuesday night

This is the best take away. Always great food at a great price. They take care of their customers, especially regulars. Wouldn't use any other!
