Great food fantastic service lovely people to deal with. Fast delivery service very friendly place to eat.. Still doing a first class job despite covid. Just had two takeaways  on Friday and Saturday they are even better than previous occasions. This undoubtedly the best Chinese in town. Covid standards still being maintained  Parking: Off street parking

Actually pretty good - I've had food from Golden City many times, and only on one occasion was it slightly disappointing. Recommended. They take card payments too - an unusual bonus in a Chinese!

bought sweet and sour chicken balls, ate a few , started being sick so i thought i would check the rest of the chicken balls to find them raw in the middle, ended up with food poisoning. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Absolutely awful food & delivery service! Waited 2 hours for food, ordered chicken with bamboo & water chestnuts which tasted of fish???? Obv not cleaned the pan from dish before! Partner not fussy at all but gagged at beef had to spit out & chicken that was like a piece of string it was that long & fatty! Whole meal went in the bin....what a complete waste of £23 NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Vile.

Ordered our meal... Delivered on time... Delivery man...excellent and polite.. Excellent quality of produce..cooked to perfection Loved it...was like being away on a trip...Will certainly call again..x

Good food 10 out 10

First time trying this place...  Curry sauce far to thick.  Salt and pepper chips were vile and the chicken balls and rice were awful the only good thing was the batter on the chicken balls.

Best Chinese in town, always had such good service and very friendly. Great prices and amazing food. Definitely recommend.

Tasty food, priced perfectly. Can not think of anything negative. Consistently great quality food, the best Chinese takeaway in Carlisle.
