Paul, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful and will give you options to repair your Mercedes.nHe deals with all sorts of Mercedes and is very quick and efficient. I’ve been there a few times now and never had an issue. I would highly recommend.nThe only thing is don’t follow the satnav along the main road when it’s raining as the road next to his garage gets flooded and if you’re driving a low profile car you might get stuck.
I rarely write reviews but Godstone Mercedes deserve very positive recognition. I decided to use Godstone Mercedes because I received extremely poor service from the main Mercedes dealer at Epsom. Anyone with a Mercedes in Surrey, I would highly recommend using Godstone Mercedes rather than main dealer. Service, knowledge, expertise and professionalism is in a different league to the main dealer and the price was very reasonable for the work carried out. Thank you, I will be back.
I simply would not take my C63 ANYWHERE else, What Paul doesn't know about these cars, truly isn't worth knowing, on the occasions I've had issues and told him over the phone whats happening I dont finish my sentence before he knows exactly whats wrong, any for the work he and the team do, hes also very reasonable in terms of his costs. Highly Recommended for any AMG cars.
Dropped off a friend to see about their car, they always give it to these because they are really great mechanics, mostly Mercedes but other car makes as well.
Paul is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me to repair my B180 with engine lights on frequently. Wonderful experience in get it fixed. Definitely will go for repair/services again
