Please don’t believe that the hair loss that you lose from brush out between fittings is just your normal/natural hair loss over that time. I fell for this numerous times and the hair loss from the mesh system was huge. My hair had never been so fine , it was already fine when i decided to try the integrated mesh system. I then changed to the mesh-less system but the hair loss was still huge and i was still being told it was completely normal.nThen one day I arrive for my appointment late due to very bad traffic on m62. I was 15 mins late and the T&Cs stated that a 20 mins late arrived they may not see you. I’d driven over 1hr to get there and i was turned away!!!! I even asked if i could hang around and be seen the end of the day. I’d removed my own hair already so they didn't need to do that, which would take a good 15 mind so i was time wise the same, but it was straight NO with no apology give or empathy shown. In that moment i realised i was just a number & customer service was not their bag.nnAnyway. Point being, since i stopped having these hair extensions sewn in so tightly, my hair has completely grown and settled, its thicker than its ever been. So, the mesh or meshless system does ruin your natural hair. No two ways about it. The short spriggy bits should have been my proof!nnAvoid & don’y waste your money.
Trust your instincts. My consultation for a wig seemed to go well, with me then being directed to choose a topper not knowing if I would loose more hair or not- due to chemo anyhow, we selected the colour and I go back for the fitting weeks later...wrong colour..the sample that I tried on is brought out but held up away from the topper...it's clearly not the same colour. The stylist says..it's the same one, just different lighting.....so they then suggest toning the beached hair...I say..doesn't toner wash out? ..no it won't, don't worry...mmm ok at this point my instincts were to say no,I'll come back when it's been re done..but who would know if they would have just put a toner on it anyway..and I had a day out with my little boy planned the day after and wanted to look as normal as possible. Here we are almost 3 months later, I've washed it gently once, wore it 5 times and it's already shedding loads. I was told it would last 6 months if I wore it each day but a year if I didn't...I bought a brand new brush with no bobbles ad directed and I really daren't brush it properly now.
If you are thinking about going and feel anxious and nervous, please have confidence in this amazing salon. Paula and her team are so professional , warm and friendly . Its a beautiful space and environment . I was made to feel comfortable and for someone who is somewhat particular about my hair, they absolutely nailed my hair topper and colour. I was blown away. It's like a weight has been lifted. Couldn't recommend enough
I would like to leave no stars but unfortunately it is not possible! Be very careful with this company ... and be very careful signing disclaimers. Basically I bought my first real hair wig from them and it has never fitted me properly. No interest has been shown after several emails ... they have my money now and the impression they have given me is that no care is given. I have taken the wig to an experience hair salon who have looked at it, tried to help and have themselves said it is not fit for purpose. They have consistently hidden behind their disclaimer ... even if a fault develops later on they hide behind it disclaimer They will probably reply to this review with some poor excuse but I am the one £800 out of pocket ... I've had no hair for 30 years and never had the funds to spend on a human hair wig ... my first experience with this company has put me off. Just on another note ... be prepared to NOT be asked if you dont mind taking your own wig off infront of a room full of strangers. Talk about lack of empathy to a customers feelings, you certainly come across as just pound notes to them! They seemed ok to start with even though I had to chase for a receipt, but as soon as problems started arriving they really are not interested. Bad experience ... avoid in my opinion.
I came for a consultation first with their Samson male hair loss salon where I was told my options and given a patch test, on the day of fitting I was quite nervous as I’ve never done anything like this at all but by far and away the best decision I’ve ever made!nMike and Jess set my mind at ease and made me feel very welcome, such attention to detail by Jess is remarkable l, she is a very very talented lady and has given me back my confidence. Thank you so much ! I would recommend this to everyone who is experiencing hair loss ! Fantastic place !nThank you so much again :
