My partner bought an engagement ring from here for me just over a year ago. Took it back as it had just came back from being resized and a diamond had fallen out. Absolutely disgusted by staff to be told that i had been wearing it too much and had obviously caught it on something. Now no longer have an engagement ring to wear. Would never recommend this jewellers to anyone

Well this is a great jewellers if when you take a 3 week old bracelet for repair you want to be accused of wearing it in bed and having children play with it !!! 3 week old bracelet which cost hundreds of pounds missing a stone and the blame is on us! When we told them it had been worn a couple of times as it is a dress bracelet not for everyday use the owner said we were talking "bul*s*it" hope he feels good about himself having a 50 year old woman leave the shop in tears as this was a gift for her 30th wedding anniversary. absolute disgrace!
