An extremely slick operation at Goals Birmingham Star City! As a charity events organiser for Farm Africa, 2022 was our biggest and best football tournament to date! Patrick and the team were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful on the day. With 12 teams participating and a cross bar challenge during the lunch break, the day needed to be timely and Goals delivered seamlessly. From fixtures to refs, from first aid to even a fully stocked freezer of ice creams in 30 degree heat! Credit must be given to Patrick for being so accommodating and professional. He answered every one of my questions and is an absolute asset to Goals. Thank you so much for hosting our charity tournament, Farm Africa look forward to 2023!
We had a fantastic birthday party with goals this weekend! The host Jon was really engaging and good with all of the kids and our daughter had the best time! Would highly recommend.
We hosted a corporate football event at Goals on 2nd April. The whole team was very accommodating and they went above and beyond leading up to and on the day of the event. A special shout out to Patrick who was our main contact, and ensured the day ran seamlessly. We cannot wait to start planning for next year!
We've just had an amazing 6th birthday party here at Goals Star City! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our last minute changes when quite a few children had to cancel last minute. The party host John was an absolute star and really made the party extra special. He is a real natural with kids and an asset to the Company. He really went the extra mile to make all of the children feel special and included. They loved every second of it! The party itself was great value and fun with an hour of Footie activities, followed by food and then another half an hour of football. The food itself was delicious and the extras of a football cake, medals and party bags were a great addition. I thoroughly recommend Goals Star City and would happily come back again next year!
Excellent party for my son Cole’s birthday. Luke the coach was very good with the boys, very organised and lots of fun!
My daughter Molly had the best 10th birthday party, made possible by John. Having been to previous parties there, and seeing how engaging John has been with kids, Molly personally requested John to host her party. Having spoken to the general manager, I was told that John was otherwise engaged on the day but that they would see what they could do. I received a phone call on the evening from John himself, telling me that he’d moved his shifts around and that he’d be delighted to host Molly’s party. She had the best time and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. So thank you John and your amazing team at Goals Star City. We’ll definitely be back
Absolutely amazing service at Goals today. My son had his 10th birthday party here and everyone was super helpful and friendly. John was an amazing coach with the boys and ensured they all had a great time. 100% recommend.
Went for a 10yr olds birthday party. John was great with the kids and my son had a brilliant time. My son, being disabled, was very worried about how he would get on but they were great. Very accomodating and friendly. The children loved getting to play against the parents too. Will definitely look at booking future parties here!
Had my sons 9th Birthday party there, staff were absolutely brilliant, very organised and helpful. Food was great too. Harry was especially great with all the kids and kept us informed on what the kids would be doing next he made the whole experience of the party and football matches much more enjoyable for them ,thank you Harry ,would definitely recommend for a kids party.
We’ve just held our son’s 7th birthday party here and it was fantastic on all counts! Great activities, lovely food/cake and lovely Goals party bags. Harry our coach was great in keeping the kids entertained and ensuring a fair game! Great involvement of the parents in the last game - the kids really enjoyed this part!
