Such bad service. Called at 3pm and promised a taxi at 1am. At 1:10 was told everyone was busy and would ‘be there as soon as possible’ women with England accent was so rude and Inconsiderate on the phone and full of attitude. Dunno why they’d let people book taxis if they know they can’t keep their promises. Especially as a young girl trying to get home. Don’t use this company and go somewhere else.

Ordered a six seater taxi with low step for two elderly ladies and was quoted £8 for return journey. Taxi had high step which was very difficult, and Driver charged £12!
Best company in Lanarkshire quick and comfy friendly good service
