Nice staff and well laid out store. Reason for loosing a star is the inconvenience of trying to try coats on. All the ones I wanted to try on were attached to the shelf meaning an assistant would have to come and unlock each one I wanted to look at. Couldn't be bothered so will look at coats elsewhere.
Best discount I've ever had. I went to view a roof top tent. I got a great deal.nThe store has the best selection I've seen anywhere . The staff over and above help. Big thanks to Tom.
I'm not reviewing this particular branch. The shop is nice, and the staff are pleasant. I am reviewing the company. Yet again, I order an item online, and it gets cancelled. I either wait for a confirmation email to confirm collection or delivery information that never arrives, or the order is cancelled. This company is a complete joke. I give it two years before it goes into liquidation. Companies cannot survive providing such poor oine service.
Went for sale on shorts. Convenient, free parking. Well laid out. Helpful staff. Decent sized changing room. Renewed our membership for special prices, student discount on non-sale items. Bought waterproof jacket & top too.
Great range of items and prices seem very competitive if you pay the £5pa membership fee - which is well worth it.nnThe click and collect service seems a bit pointless because our order wasn't ready after a couple of hours and I got the feeling they would just rather I hadn't bothered!
