Great selection of products, love how many tents they have on display upstairs.
Went to the Bury store 29th June 2024 , was helped by Matt who was very helpful explaining how to pick the right fitting for the walking shoes by way of putting an insole under my foot to see if I needed to choose wider walking shoes. He spent quite some time helping me choose the right shoes asking me what my typical walk was like..nHe had very good product knowledge..
Not posting about the product although we wasn't happy with the product I'm posting how rude the manager of the store was absolutely rude and abrupt from the off accused us ganging up on her when we challenged her about our product which was faulty hence why we got full refund!!! She was vile saying we was lying we weren't asking for money back only an exchange we had spent over thousand pound in store and had the product 2 weeks she was rude from the off no customer service skills at all horrible experience at this store sure she was called keira !!! Well keira needs people skills xx
Went into the bury branch this morning only went in for a jacket that said came out with more than a jacket!!!!!!nLee served us at the till nice guy helpfull had a good laugh. Costs nothing to be nice.
I’ve been to the store a few times. good stuff probably the best for camping gear etc and good prices but on 2 occasions i’ve noticed the emergency alarm in the toilet wrapped round the bar making it useless. DO BETTER
