We went to go outdoors while on holiday in North Wales. Our caravan battery had decided to give up and we needed to replace it. The staff were all very helpful and when we realised we have got the wrong one, they were more than happy to help swap it with the correct item.nOne of the staff was telling me about north wales and how to pronounce a few places in the area. Everyone was so polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them.
Friendly service! I think his name was Gavin I’m not 100 percent sure. But he was so lovely and helpful and he gave my dog Lexxi a treat too. The rest of the staff was very helpful too. Keep up the good work
Had to visit Go-outdoors in Porthmadog twice on our recent camping trip. One to replace a tent with a broken zip which was a pleasant easy experience and today after storm Lilian took one of our tent poles while camping on shell island and all I can say is WOW WOW WOW amazing customer service from Phil. Sorted us out and enabled us to carry on with our trip! Highly recommended this store, nothing is too much trouble for them, so friendly and helpful! Thank you phil! :
