"Complaints Handling Policy. We're committed to providing a high-quality service to all our customers. If something goes wrong, we'd like you to tell us, and we'll endeavour to put it right." This could not be further from the truth with the Abergavenny shop! So got my mobile unfortunately from this shop in October 2017, First issue arose in November with my bill being £21 a month more than i was quoted. i returned to the store as was assured it would be put right and i would be compensated. Come December, again it was £21 too much and no compensation! So again had to drive from Brecon back to the store, to hear the same store that they were sorry and would put it right. Jan 2018 i got my bill and low and behold was £21 too much and no compensation! I returned to the store this time wanting to return the phone as it was not what i had agreed on the contract. It turned out that i was put on a higher tariff without my consent (So the sales person earned more commission), the manager then said that the person who sold it to me had left and there was nothing more he could do to help me and to speak to my network as it was no longer go mobiles problem! When challenged on this he kicked me and my partner out of the store and said we were banned! I am dealing with there head office now, but i am still struggling! #SendHelp

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Conned my mam into taking another contract when her current one had not run out. Actually laughed in my face when i went to speak to them.

Great service by ryan and josh today what a lovely lad highly recommend the place ,best phone shop in town 10/10

Awful Company! Switched my network saying it was ok to do and that if i had any charge from my old network they would cover it! Got a £400 charge from my old network, went in and they couldn't care less! Absolute cowboys! The staff were rude, proper jack the lads!
