Had a wonderful time. Training was concise and clear, with a nice area to practice. Then you zip along to the other side and start your journey. The Tarzan swings were great but quite physically demanding, especially after the 2nd and 3rd. There was only one traversal that was scary, and it was more to do with the fact it crossed the zip line so you had to ensure the ropes didn't catch you around the neck. Would definitely do it again.
A fantastic place to visit, we didn't use the Go Ape facilities but we went for a walk down to the waterfall and back. We could see people going past above us on the zip wires. Having a wonderful time. We picked the perfect time of year with the blue bells in full bloom. The food was really good as well.
Great ziplines in Aberfoyle. There are only 2 though. Was disappointed at that, as experience was over very quickly! Do the high ropes for added value/time. You do have to have some level of fitness to climb up the steep slopes/ladder to get onto the ziplines. Midges were bad, don't forget your bug spray. Staff were great and informative. Views beautiful, lots of places within short driving distance to eat/hike/bike/stay. The trossachs are absolutely stunning.
Amazing! From Start to finish, my teenagers loved it. Took over 3hrs so value for money. Highly recommended packing a spare set of clothes because when they say you get dirty that’s an understatement.
Amazing from start to finish, our safety instructor Alex was brilliant and we had the best time ever. Best advice we can give anyone thinking about going is do it, take a change of clothes and wear gloves!!!!
Great day out we don't the tree top challenge it's very physically demanding, specially if your 30odd year old outnof shape over weight mum however we managed it and had a great time doing so. The safety clips are very easy to work once you have done it a few times you've got it no bother ! I had a wee problem at the end but I spoke to kerrie and jen who listened to my feed back and seems to have been taken on bored. We look forward to returning for another shot of the zip lines
Amazing day out scary , exciting, fun a whole mix of feelings well worth a visit . We will be returning for sure
We went to this last Monday, myself and my 3 children aged 11-16. We live a couple of miles from the Bracknell Go Ape but were on holiday nearby and also it was the first time the younger children were tall enough. I have done the Bracknell one a couple of times but this one was superior imo, a beautiful location, fantastic zip wires at the beginning and end and lots of scary high wire features. A great cafe on site too. Good to have water available as got a bit dry-mouthed. We loved it and would go again. It takes a couple of hours so I consider it a very good value activity.
Being in my 50s and carrying a bit more weight than I'd like, I was concerned I might not be able to complete the course. However, from the moment we arrived, I was immediately put at ease. Our instructor, Al, was fantastic—his clear and thorough demonstration of the safety equipment made it easy for us to feel confident using it. The course itself was incredible—both challenging and incredibly fun. Alex, another instructor, was on the ground keeping a watchful eye, which was reassuring, especially early on when we had questions. Thank you, Go Ape team for the exceptional customer service and an amazing experience. The kids and I had an unforgettable time, and we’ll definitely be back for more adventures!
Had a fantastic time, and Alan our instructor was brilliant. I was a bit worried about the zip line but loved it. My youngest boy, 12 had a fantastic time and my teen, 15 excelled at the climbing. Everyone at the centre was so helpful, I struggled with the wobbly ladders and the the other instructors said don't worry about it, so I missed a few tree top adventures. Very helpful when my husband knocked off his glasses!! They were found and all in one piece!
