Shocking food tonight. Ordered via just eat, half food missing and the rest wasn’t very nice .
Placed an order via Just Eat. Over an hour later the order still had not been confirmed. Then received a message the order had been cancelled by Gnosall Kitchen. I do not understand why they cancelled the order or why it took over an hour to inform us. This used to be one of the best Chinese takeaways but I've seen standards go down over the last couple of years. Won't be using again!!!
Not good. Chop suey sauce was like water, bland. Chicken balls buried in pepper ? and debatable they were even cooked fully as batter was okay on the outside, but, very powdery/pasty inside. Rice was cold. Sorry, but it just wasn't a good experience. No issues with order process and I got what I asked for, but no delivery which was my choice. It went in the bin in the end. Shame.
Impeccable customer service, nice super friendly touch! Food was amazing, hot and brilliant quality. One of the best Chinese cuisines in the area including Stafford! Thank you Team Gnosall Kitchen, we will be sure to be ordering again!
Ordered my food at 19.15 Saturday 27th June. Was told it would be delivered at 20.35. At 21.00 I called the restaurant and was told my food was on its way. After continuing to speak to the person on the phone it came to light that my food was actually on the counter and had been for sometime, waiting for a driver to come back. I complained that I only live 5 mins up the road and had paid £3.50 for delivery. I was told I could cancel my order and get my money back from just eat which I did. I then receive a text at 22.00 to tell me gnosall kitchen are sorry for the late delivery but won't refund my money. My delivery wasn't late, it didn't come. This restaurant is appalling and you should avoid it like the plague. They have robbed me of over £22
Lovely people best Chinese in the area sometimes it takes a while to get your food but it’s all cooked fresh and when they’re busy you have to wait it’s not rocket science. I have complained to just eat as the opening times are wrong on their website hopefully they will get it updated so I can order from 5pm.

Bad, just bad. Ordered spare ribs in BBQ sauce, they were so overcooked and the BBQ sauce was like tar. Probably the worst Chinese food I have tasted.
Disgusting behhavior ordered food 2 hours late wrong order .phoned to tell them told they couldn't swap as too busy, so stopped my cheque .they decided to put it on facebook why should I pay forr something I've not ordered disgraceful police have been informed of their behaviour.outrageous disgusting behaviour please the gobshite on Facebook calling my wife skinny thing she goes to the gym perhaps you should try it slimbo.
