I cannot rate this pharmacy highly enough. I have just returned from a highly thorough ear exam with a plan in place. And a fortnight ago we had a problem with a missing prescription for my young daughter who had tonsillitis. My husband went to the pharmacy just before closing and the team could not have been more helpful to ensure that my daughter had the medicine for that evening despite the fact the prescription issue was nothing to do with them. An extremely high standard of service and knowledge.
Best pharmacy I’ve ever gone to the nice young gentleman always greets me by my first name which makes it feel welcoming and a personal service when dealing with customers it makes it feel friendly and they always listen to your needs and try their hardest to accommodate you i in any way they can they like to make their customers happy and I always leave the shop with a smile it gets 10 out of ten from me definitely thank you for all your hard work

I had my Covid vaccine at The Pharmacy. All the staff were efficient and very friendly, so the whole process was quick and easy. I will return for my second shot and, when allowed, for future travel vaccines due to the great service here.
I dropped in for a fairly straightforward purchase at a fairly busy time for the pharmacy. I had an enquiry about something not directly related to my purchase, which I would have been happy to take a number and call back. But both the server at the till and the manager could not have been more helpful or warmly obliging. Most unlocked for but most appreciated.
