Brilliant customer service on the phone to book my combi boiler service and the engineer turned up in the agreed time slot. He was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this local company. A+
Bought a voucher for a boiler service. Booked a month in advance of visit. Received a voicemail the day before, just as the office was closing saying the service will not be be completed. Called them next day and was told 3 different reasons why it would not be complete. Excuse went from other emergency work was required to plumber phoned in sick to not upholding vouchers. Thanks for wasting my time
