Great easy to use bus and coach station local bus services, national Express and even possibly Flix buses Local buses to various destinations - Digital timetable to let you know where you bus is going and from which bay plenty of seating and the train station is within 5 minutes - the crossings take the longest
It’s a place where you can go to different destinations. Every single update will be available for each route on their own screens. It’s very helpful for passengers to get their relevant information about their journey’s.
Great depot for Travelling for the railway station in Gloucester to the Forest of Dean, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury all in one place. Easy to use digital time table. Only thing I would say is the place needs a very good clean up. And better toilets that should be open to passengers.
Seems new building. Btw really great work. Live timing of buses from here to all directions. Live Departure n arrival times. Easy to find out ur bus platform. Huge waiting room area. Ticket office n all the info u need. This Gloucester Transport Hun makes life easy for travelling. Just outside of train station mean east connections
Awful signage for traffic. I've just used satnav to pick someone up from the 'coach station'. It took me down the back station road which didn't help but the whole area is double yellow lines, buses only, no entry and you get led to a private car park at the moment which also looks one-way entry?! due to construction. No through road exists to take you out again. There is no signage otherwise and no means for pickup or dropoff. If it's expected people just use a car-park to pickup/dropoff then this should be on signposts. After the confusion round the back I went round the front in the hope it would be better, no, nothing, if you turn in from bruton way you just get dumped out onto Station road again. After having someone jump in due to no choice in the situation in the road, and then reversing back once I got stuck at that pathetically small roundabout as an oncoming car was leaving at the private car-park entrance, I'm now half expecting some kind of fine in the post as I probably did something 'wrong' although I did not enter any areas I shouldn't have. DO NOT think this place will accommodate for being picked up or dropped off - Use the train station instead I'll tell you, as the signage in the area does NOT Terrible.
