Wonderful cafe, serving the nations favourite drink! Located in the depths of Otleys market streets, everything from the kind hearted staff to the lightly salted butter crumpets is to top standards. The sweet atmosphere, the loving staff, the warming scent of the balck coffee in the air, everything you need for a compelling way to start a Saturday morning.

Although the staff were all friendly and polite, as a Healthcare Professional I was very concerned at the lack of adherence to Covid 19 guidelines i.e track and tracing did not appear to be obligatory and any attempt to apply social distancing appeared non existant between staff and customers.  It was disturbing to have a maskless staff member stood immediately next to me within a foot while taking my order. This  surprised me considering the average age of the clientele in this establishment appeared to be over 70 years a very high risk group.  Please remind your staff that Covid 19 is still around, cases are currently rising exponentially and we all want to avoid a 2nd lockdown.  Hands, Face, Space... :

Really nice traditional café, lovely cakes. Cash only though so bring some to avoid having to wash the dishes

Have weekly visits here as the food is always wonderful. I am coeliac and they can make all toastie and sandwiches on gluten free bread. Soups are all gluten free too.

Marvellous place always good food lovely presented and always made to feel welcome it's my go to place around once a month whenbi have been to Teales bakery for my fruit teacake supplies

Just popped in for  cuppa on a chilly day but very impressed. Temped by the broccoli and stilton soup but not today!
