Gorgeous building , architecture is beautiful and a great place if you're into photography, lovely stone carvings in the ceiling and arches, eye-catching building design inside and outside. went to the war and peace organ recital and apart from one group talking through it- luckily they left not long after it started was a great sound and a good evening :. Definitely worth a visit and free to get in, although it's worth the £5 recommended donation as huge place to visit with cafe and lots of history.
Beautiful building, inside and out.nPlenty to look at, architecture and historical displays. Can easily spend a couple of hours here.nDon't have to pay, but it is probably worth giving them the recommended £5 per adult, but you aren't made to.
What a super beautiful church.nUnfortunately we were not able to go in, because there was a service going on. But already from the outside looks alone it’s worth giving 5 stars for me. One of the nicest churches on the planet.
Best. Place. Ever. Absolutely love this place, and it was fun to walk around, finding all the spots that had been used in the Harry Potter movies. Best thing - you can bring your dog with you!!
Popped in with family and friends during the summer holidays. Nice grounds some very unusual apple trees and the interior of the Cathedral is stunning. It was nice to be able to explore the Catherdral and there are several stairs that lead up to even more interesting areas. One of the staircases is a bit narrow so on busier days there will probable be a bit of a wait.
