We have recently purchased a new front and back door, and a solid Conservatory Roof. The materials and work done were of exceptional quality. All the work was done according to the schedule we received from Global. We would definitely recommend them to everyone.
We had excellent service, from the first visit, the planning stages, through to the fitting of our new Conservatory roof. We met so many of the office staff during the decision process and they were all pleasant and helpful. The team Aaron, Keegan, Steve and Craig were all hard working when they fitted the new roof, respectful and did a brilliant job. We are very pleased with the result. Thank you also to Joe who kept his eye on everything from start to finish.
We couldn’t recommend Global more highly! They were professional and reliable from the original design meeting through to fitting. We are so pleased with the final result, which looks brilliant and is totally in keeping with our traditional property.
Liked the person in the showroom. Friendly knowledgeable without being pushy. They did a great job on the installation of the door. Left the place tidy and clean taking away the old door and all rubbish from the installation.

Very pleased we chose Global for our new front door. On our visit to their Handsworth showroom we were given a very reasonable quote which was far cheaper than a quote we had from another company after much haggling. The global staff were very professional, friendly and easy to deal with and there was never any pressure to buy or sign on the day. The fitting was done at the agreed date and time. The fitters were polite and courteous and completed the job with minimum disturbance and tidied up thoroughly afterwards. We're very pleased with the end result and would be happy to use Global for future home improvements.
Recently had all of our windows and doors replaced by Global Windows and we were impressed by the service provided, from the initial enquiry all the way through to installation. We had a couple of small issues which we had expected for a large job, however these were promptly rectified. Since installation we have received compliments about the sash windows installed to the front of the property!
I've changed my review to 5 stars as Global's after care service is second to none. After receiving a call from their Customer Service team, an appointment was arranged for an engineer to visit and all fix minor installation issues. Michael was very pleasant to deal with, and did a fantastic job. Lovely door. A few minor short comings with the installation, but nothing serious. Very nice company to deal with. Would defintely recommend.
From start to finish, Global went above and beyond to execute our vision seamlessly. Every element of the design was discussed in great detail, and the result far exceeded what we had initially anticipated. Each member of staff; from the in-house design team to the workmen on-site were genuinely wonderful. Nothing was ever too much and their work ethic was incredibly admirable. Our property was kept tidy throughout the process, any snags resolved in a timely manner, and the schedule was adhered to meticulously. I would highly recommend Global Windows to anyone looking to develop their property. With fair pricing and a truly dedicated team, I cannot fault them. Thank you for all your hard work! :
We contacted Global Windows after we saw them working in our neighbourhood. Paul came out to see us a few days later and explained all about the company and what they could do for us. There was no hard sell and we felt completely relaxed. The quote we were given to replace 6 of our windows was very competitive and we agreed to go ahead. We like the way that Global kept us informed of everything clearly , and let us know the details of when the installation would take place etc. On the first day Mark and Layton arrived and introduced themselves. We found them to be very polite and courteous at all times. They did a great job and the work was completed at lunchtime the next day. They even hoovered and tidied up. We are very pleased with our new windows and so glad we chose Global - we would highly recommend. Thank you.
