We have been using Global River cruising since 2014. They have organised 12 river cruises for us. Need I say more? But I will! We have complete trust in this small but perfectly formed company. There are lots of reasons. They make life so much easier and do all the legwork. They have detailed expert knowledge of all the river cruise companies on their site. You never pay any more than dealing direct with the company. For no extra cost to us, we talk to the same people all the time namely Simeon and Alex.  They are pleasant, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They are always ready with suggestions. This year they found a cruise for us with an enormous discount with a company we had never considered. They help when things go wrong. We had a cruise booked during the pandemic. We did nothing and Simeon sorted out a re booking for us.Recently we had to postpone a cruise due to medical problems and again Simeon dealt with this for us. It is reassuring to know that they will always follow things up. We would never ever book a river cruise direct. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

A very friendly  Knowledgeable  company who spent time on the phone  listening to our requirements, dates . They had to go offline to confirm  some details  and  called back within 30mins. They had in depth knowledge  of the cruise, ship and layout  plus the tours included. SMALL IS BEST  !!

We have used this family  travel company run by the wonderful husband and wife team of Simeon and Alex Leete, on several occasions since 2018. We have found them to be extremely professional and helpful when choosing our next river cruise. Nothing is too much trouble and if we have any questions we know that we can telephone or email and they will provide us with a reassuring answer as soon as they can. Flights, transfers, choice of cabins, drinks packages, Wi-Fi, dietary requirements are all noted and taken care of so you don’t have to worry and can sit back knowing all the admin and stress of booking has been taken away from you so you can just go ahead and enjoy your holiday. Simeon or Alex have always rang me after each of my holidays  to see how they went so as to provide invaluable feedback to various departments as appropriate. They are also very knowledgeable on each River Cruise company they deal with ie the ship and all its facilities and also the various excursions you can enjoy along the way.  I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Global to take care of all of your river cruise booking needs. You won’t regret it.

Very pro-active planning of our holiday. Kept us informed throughout the process. Excellent result so we are looking forward very much to it.

This is the second time we have used GRC to book a Danube river cruise. The first time was a great success. This time has been hastle free. Simeon provided us with good options to choose from and a very helpful booking system for our cruise. Thoroughly recommend them for river cruising bookings.
