Great customer service and product range with well managed pricing arrangements...
I wish i could give this shop zero stars. Incredibly rude staff. They shouted at me for bringing my bike with me inside the shop because i didnt have anywhere to leave it while i was in there, her attitude stank. Horrible staff, overpriced and low quality products & very professional. Do not reccomend
Very bad experience! Both ladies were arrogant. I spent time collecting stuff, and at the end, they said we don't accept credit cards. What a joke! Lied, argued, and wasted my time. They literally do not know how to deal with the customers. I will not go again to this shop and also will recommend others not to use this store
This shop is lovely All the staff are kind and helpful especially as I'm in a electric wheelchair and usually cause havoc.
The way I just heard the lady who owns the shop speaking to a lady customer was absolutely disgusting. She spoke to her like she was a little girl. Blatantly called her a liar and told her to listen and shut up. I was totally embarrassed for the poor lady. After hearing the way she spoke to the lady, I just had to walk out and I will never use that shop again. Can't stand people who think that they are better than others.
Always friendly staff. Lots of items to choose from. Good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Great local store with good variety of goods, plus I can arrange delivery of Amazon parcels here and pick up rather than risk being out
