We purchased carpets and underlay for our through lounge, hall stairs, and landing from a local carpet shop. Following a very poor fitting experience from their fitters and numerous excuses as to why the fitting wasn't right. it must be the floor causing the bumps, the bumps will walk out over the next few weeks, it must be the underlay, the colour of the carpet is unforgiving we decided to go to Global. We bought exactly the same carpet and it was fitted yesterday in each of the rooms. What a completely fantastic job. Jamie and his whole team were great from start to final fitting. Darren and Jason, the fitters, were brilliant, their attention to detail, and professionalism made the whole job a pleasure. And the carpets.?Well, they look stunning and not a sign of any of the issues we had with the previous firm. We should have gone to Global first. We would 100% recommend them, so if you're thinking of buying new flooring, go to Global. You won't be disappointed. Thanks guys, you turned a bad experience into something above and beyond our expectations.
I was amazed of how quickly the delivery was they had the day after slot, but then rang letting us know can deliver in next hour. I want to thank you all for what use did. We got let down by someone else then you guys delivered next hour. Thank you!
Once again FABULOUS.nFrom selecting the carpet to fitting it. It has been an outstanding experience.nThis time we also made use of the team to move our furniture, take up and take away the old carpet. A really hassle free day. Thank you everyone at global.
We moved into a new build and had our whole house floored by Global Flooring and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for Karndean and carpeting.nnKate, Jamie and the team have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They are experts in their field and I challenge you to find anyone who knows more about Karndean, carpeting and flooring.nnTheir friendly and knowledgable service meant we were able to spend a good deal of time discussing our options, looking at examples of the range of products. They even tailored everything to our budget and we got responses almost immediately to any questions we had, however small. The showroom is also amazing - an old converted cinemannA word on the fitters too, who were great. We were over the moon with the standard of work and considering the process for laying karndean, the guys were very tidy. Also, they were on time, friendly and willing to answer any questions we had.nnAnd, in terms of after sales service we've received thorough advice on caring for the flooring. We couldn't be happier with our flooring and are so grateful to the team at Global Flooring for their time and efforts.
From first approaches to finished product we are DELIGHTED with the company and their team of professionals. It is always a risk to move from carpet to wooden flooring but it was made so much easier by the Global Flooring NE team. Rob's woodworking skills are amazing and nothing was ever a problem.
