Terrible service! Never use this cab company! utterly rude, after being 25 mins late on Saturday when it was snowing including 10 mins on the phone to driver trying to direct him to me, not even an apology given, he was so rude... then proceeded to chuck me and my 10 year old daughter out of his cab as he wanted money up front, it took me about 10 mins to set up an uber account freezing cold in the snow with a young child, totally outrageous... uber all the way now at least they are friendly and quick

Unreliable service and no apology received despite taxi being late by 10 mins. Call centre guy very rude & has got no sense of customer service. Avoid at all cost.

Used a good few times, okay if your not on a rush or don't have somewhere to be but woe betide you if you pre book a set time. Booked a taxi for 8.10 to get me to my destination in plenty of time for 8.30 appointment ... taxi didn't turn up till 8.30, didn't know where I was going, didn't know where to collect from. When I called the booking office no apology received. Avoid at all costs if you can

I've used this firm for many years and I can highly recommend them. There's a flat fare of £5 inside Walton On Thames and Hersham and reasonable rates outside the ring. The drivers are all very polite and the cars turn up on time. 10/10

The Best company in Elmbridge used them all but no one can compare to the standard and service of Global Cars highly recommended
