Returned today for the third time. This is a Beautiful hotel. Our room is upgraded to a junior suite. It is lovely light and airy. Enjoying a couple of cocktails before dinner

Just back from a two day break. This is lovely hotel with very comfortable bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Nothing was any trouble for any of the obliging staff and lovely food. If I had to criticise anything it would be the poor Internet connection. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely setting for a fantastic meal. Service was excellent as was the 4course lunch and coffee.

Amazing looking castle, looked at this for our wedding venue which this was a close 2nd

Rather confused check in process due to covid, which had us wandering around. Clean, tidy, food was OK..

Went for the Lunch with Santa experience. It was amazing, the staff were excellent, food was decent and Santa was good chat with the kids. Highly recommended

The food was tasty and well presented. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was a bit cold for our liking but I did see the radiators being turned up just before we left. Would probably try it again if I was in the area.
