Very good customer service and very knowledgeable workers.nIt’s been improvement since the last owners.nHighly recommended and very well maintained.
Wow what a difference new management have made. Now they have excellent customer service, any any queries are dealt with efficiently.nYes there are queues, but all the other pharmacies in Waltham Abbey have them.nThe shop is currently being refurbished so will look very nice.
If I could give 0 stars I would had to change pharmacy’s never got my prescriptions ever and they are no help at all very rude and disrespectful
Came in Monday was spoken to abruptly and had prescriptions practically waved in my face. Told to wait, she never came back to me and when I approached to ask I was told half an hour but she never came back to me just said there’s a lot to do today wow , I came back with an emergency token from my gp as id just had surgery I also explained this to the blonde lady and she made me wait again, then tell me they never had it!! Iv never been served by this lady before and the older gentleman in front of me got it worse. Word of advise, Stressed step back and take a moment compose yourself, your dealing with members of the public and most are already in pain and ill they should not have to put up with such rudeness. If your understaffed, busy or not feeling it, you can’t take it out on the customers. Iv been using this chemist for years without issue lovely ladies usually but, after this incident I will not be going back, amazing how one member of staff can be so rude and no other staff member or the pharmacist called her away from the front desk even though she was raising her eyebrows and clenching her lips yes we could see you even the lady who had had a fall and come in to thank another member off staff looked shocked and asked if I was ok and raised her eyes in your direction. She made me feel embarrassed to be pain and asking for help and that help was there in her pile and only a few customers when I first went in. If I had not been in so much pain I would of complained then and there. Very disappointed she was being allowed to speak to people like that.nI never heard the other two ladies speak to anyone like she did for the time I was there.nGemma.
Glennon Chemist is absolutely a waste of time. They offer a poor service and you always have to wait ages for prescriptions even when the GP sends them directly. Prescriptions sent from the GP electronically on a Monday and when you attend a few days later, only to be told they are doing it now Thursday. Also the staff are rude and have no manners, they are defensive when asking simple questions and need some customer services training. It also looks like they cater to who they know instead of treating all customers the same. They make up lies to justify their actions for not doing their job properly, do not expect any consideration to your age either, over 74 and they are not helpful, and put in place barriers to allow them to treat people so badly. Thankfully using another service and Glennon would learn a lot from them, but they probably could not comprehend how they should be assisting the elderly. The service is despicable and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Hopefully more people will read this review and know they are not alone when dealing with Glennon Chemist. It is ashame that there is no other authority to report them to, which means they would be accountable for their actions/service and be penalised when treating their customers the way they do, so they are allowed to get away with their behaviour. They are totally unprofessional and unhelpful.
