Shocking service at this pharmacy. Last month I received someone else’s medication in a prescription bag which had my details on the outside. Needed help with a nasty bite last night and was told as they we closing shortly no one could help….come back in the morning. Went to Vision Pharmacy on Narborough Road where the service could not have been any better….prescribed antibiotics and on my way within minutes. Glenfield…your levels of care, compassion and service need to improve
Honestly cannot fault this pharmacy, my prescription is always ready within a few days and I receive a text message when it is ready. If I ever have any issue the staff there are always super helpful!
The surgery next to the pharmacy issued me a prescription & they said they didn’t stock it & told me to try pharmacy’s at the local hospitals but they should have known hospital pharmacy’s do not take fp10 prescription forms so was sent on a wild goose chase! A doctor then issued another type of medication & sent it electronically to the pharmacy next door but when I rang to see if it was ready at 7.00pm the phone just rang out, they wouldn’t answer, I tried 10 times!! They are open until 9.00. This isn’t a one off i’v tried ringing them early evening in the past & the same thing has happened the phone rings & rings till it cuts out.
This is the third time they claim to have no pharmacist in to look at my 5 year old's ear to check for an infection. There is never any service available. Better to go up the road to Morningside pharmacy where they actually care about people and offering services. Shame on this pharmacy for claiming to the NHS thay they offer a service, and get paid for doing it.
I find them not very friendly and helpful, many times I order repeat prescriptions, time is arranged and never ready or no communication that cause extra trips or phone calls.nnThey do sell abit of everything meds and toiletries at reasonable prices, and open 7 days a week.
