We used Glenearn last September for our kitchen and utility room flooring. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and we are delighted with the results. Last week we had a new stair and upstairs landing carpet fitted. The fitter, Brian Hood, a very cheerful chap, was highly professional and made an excellent job.
Excellent customer service. Great choice of flooring and the carpet fitter, Brian Hood is fantastic. Professional, friendly and the finished article looks absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend Glenearn Carpets to anyone.
We cannot thank Chris Steve George and team for the professionalism in helping us through a stressful time after water damage to our home..also Brian Hood who fitted the carpets again total professional and a pleasure to have in your home. We almost lived in the shop as we hadn't planned on new flooring as it was only 2 years old. Chris has such patience as we couldn't decide what we wanted... They have so many colours...patterns for all budgets.. so we we're back and forward many times. He guided us to our decision.. Well I allowed my husband to chose... Great choice I've added some images and would totally recommend them over any large chain Tom and Wendy
We had excellent service at Glenearn the twice we used them in the last year. Caroline our sales person on both occasions was a delight. Very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure we received our carpets on time. Installations were done in a very professional manner. The showroom is lovely and has many options of both flooring and carpet. I would definitely recommend this company.
I strongly recommend Glenearn. Recently we decided to replace the carpets in our living room and the corridor. Having dealt with them on at least four previous occasions, I went to Glenearn. The atmosphere was most welcoming and the customer service from Isla was excellent. She took the time to find out what I required and provided all the information and advice I needed. Nothing was too much trouble and there was never any pressure. Chris came to the house to measure and was very friendly and helpful. The fitter, Brian Hood, was here well on time and did a fantastic job. He was cheerful, friendly and so obliging. In addition all other staff that I saw at the store were friendly and cheerful. Well done everyone, I really appreciate the excellent customer service you give - and all with a smile! As a very happy customer I am delighted to recommend Glenearn and I shall be telling our friends.
Really professional & excellent service from this company, from the showroom staff to the fitters, at a competitive price. We had marmoleum flooring in our kitchen & dining room. Highly recommend.
We have used Glenearn for each of our homes over the years and wouldn't dream of going any where else. When we converted our garage into a room a few years ago, we went back to Glenearn. We chose another design of Karndean for the room and extended it through the kitchen, utility room, hallway and toilet. It looks beautiful and is so hardwearing. I bought a beautiful rug which I adore too. The store is easy to get to with good customer parking. Friendly and knowledgable staff from the salesperson, to the chap that comes to measure up to the men who come and fit the carpets and flooring. Would highly recommend!
From the first visit and quality of advice given to the installation we were very impressed - Jim and Paul arrived nice and early and got to work in the most professional and caring way ... they did a magnificent job, really amazing ... We will definitely go back for any further jobs and highly recommend Glenearn and the team !
Excellent service from the team at Glenearn. Chris patiently guided me through the myriad of flooring supporting me to make the right decision - he was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, cheery and easy going. I was given time and space to decide on what I wanted, even taking samples home to look at in different lighting. Brian, the carpet fitter, was also a professional. He is a skilled fitter and a perfectionist with a lovely cheery manner. I have used other carpet shops in the past but Glenearn surpassed my expectations on customer service, the quality and fitting of their products and pricing. Many thanks from one very satisfied customer.
Hamish and I would highly recommend Glenearn. There is an huge range to choose from and the entire team are so helpful from the minute you walk through the door. Our sales advisor, Chris helped us through the entire process and has helped us with both our current house and our previous house as well. The carpet fitter, Brian was so lovely and we couldn’t be more pleased with how the carpets have turned out. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Cannot thank the team enough!
