We hired the Dragon Castle for a party this afternoon. When we arrived at the community hall, the castle was up already which was a lovely, stress-free start to the party. This castle is so much fun with a brilliant slide- the boys loved it and could hardly eat their lunch quick enough so they could get back on. Friendly staff and fab service- thank you!
Wouldn't use this company again. Rented hot tub which they were several days late to collect they "forgot" apparently. When they did come to collect they emptied all the water out into the next door neighbour's garden who were understandably not happy. Then the company left us to pick up the pieces with the neighbours, apologising and getting them a gift to say sorry, even though it wasn't our fault. Contacted the company afterwards to complain and have received no response. Communication and customer service is poor.
Amazing service from dropping off the bouncy castle to picking it back up! Great for your moneys worth thats for sure! Will definitely be using again
Fantastic company to deal with, from ordering our first Hot Tub to delivery on time, full instructions on how to use the hot tub safety, and keeping in touch the whole weekend we had the the hot tub. Friends had a ball with the Party Package and selfie frame! Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of hiring a hot tub!

Fantastic company to hire from. ..extreemly reliable turning up and delivering when they said they would. They kept in touch the whole weekend when hiring a hot tub to make sure everything was going well. Would highly recommend them for hot tubs and bouncy castle hire!!!
