shocking delivery company. delivered one of four pallets and then said could not deliver the rest as over weight. turned out they're not overweight and that the driver made a lot of different excuses why couldn't make the delivery the 1ton pallets were sliding around the back of the truck?? that they wouldn't deliver as wagon had been damaged br the trees, again not the case damaged was caused by driver driving into my roof and damaging it. i am having to collect them myself now as they refuse to make a delivery. my homes gone through a complete refurb and have had 18tonne wagons skips and hiab delivery trucks yet glen dales seem to think they cannot deliver here. its a high access compared to others but this s the only company that have made no attempt to deliver it or find an alternative and its tricky !!!

I worked here for about 30 months on nightshift. They are a family firm who does not realise when theve got good staff this place sololy picks up and delivers for palletways they are not a haulage company,night shift consists of 5 runs for the fradley park drivers number 1 and 2 will get you back before 4 or 5 averaging 10/11 hour shifts 3 and 4 are a nightmare averaging12-14 hour shifts but no one's bother coz the family does it they see it youve got to its the nature of that bisuness,you come out with about £454 a week nightshift. There was some very small good times and laughs but predominantly very long stressful tired times avoid this firm . This review in no way intends to dent glendales reputation but the high volume of drivers who have worked for this firm probably speaks for itself. it is a brief but true review. Below this review is Leah Cairns who works as a forklift driver she gave glendales 5 stars and Norman Moore the director and owner of glendales he also gave his own company 5 stars.

I have been dealing with Glendale for some years now, and whilst being highly professional and efficient, they still manage to operate on a very personal level.All staff including office,warehouse and drivers are a pleasure to work with. Best Regards Jim Smith
