I bought a gorgeous bouquet for my Grandma's birthday, was so pleased with the flowers and the staff were so polite and friendly. My grandma loved them! Will definitely buy from Glen Esk again.
On my wedding day 23rd July 2022 my fiancée now my husband has ordered flowers from Glen esk to surprise me it was indeed lovely and beautiful flowers but unfortunately Glen esk has forgot to write who was the flowers from and my husband has said there should have been a card that comes with it as it was our very special day but there was none only address on the empty envelope which was addressed to Belton Woods Hotel I thought it was from the hotel so I didn’t know who it came from until the next day that it was from my husband. The flowers cost approx £250 I believe, this is not the first time they have let us down! So we won’t be using Glen esk again. This weekend I received gorgeous flowers from our friend from a different florist as a Thank you and the quality is better and there are a lot of flowers roses, etc we don’t get that a lot from Glen esk anymore as they put more greens than flowers. Trust me when my husband order flowers from Glen esk for valentines, birthday or even just to surprise me he will pay minimum £100 and when we order for our family for their birthdays it’s the minimum £50 and we have been their loyal customers for few years now and lately I have been disappointed I understand that flowers costs a lot now but I believe Glen esk has lost their high reputation. So another customers here that they have lost.
My partner often brings me flowers home from Glen Esk, I've been so happy with every bunch! They're so beautiful and live for ages! I've also placed orders myself a few times for different occasions each time and they always get it spot on! Fresh gorgeous flowers and the customer service is so warm and welcoming!
My mum recieved the most gorgeous bubble bouquet for her birthday in July 2022. I will be using Glen-esk for my floral gifts in the future after mum's friend told us that it was created by the lovely people at Glen-esk. Thank you Glen-esk for bringing smiles to others by way of your amazing floral arrangements

Rang for 2 bouquets to be delivered. Paid over the phone and bouquets were delivered an hour later. Quick service so friendly and flowers were beautiful and fresh. Highly recommend
Used glenesk for years!! Always excited to see what they create for me! Had funeral flowers, wedding flowers and every day flowers from the girls, they're all super friendly and when ever I walk in the shop I could put money on hearing laughter, right comedy team in there! Highly recommended xxx
MUST USE THIS FLOWER SHOP Had a surprise bouquet delivered this morning .. They were bought and paid for by someone near Skegness and sent exactly what she asked for .. The most beautiful flowers I have ever had .. She ordered them late afternoon and came early morning next day
Nice flowers, but the staff seemed unfriendly on the phone by not guiding me through the range of products in a professional way. I felt like I was an inconvenience so will be using a more amiable florist in the future.
Had great service from the staff at Glen Esk and they were really helpful when ordering some flowers for my mums birthday. Would definitely recommend.
