Avoid at All Costs - Shocking Attitude from Owner and Manager Our experience with this business was extremely disappointing. Due to a family bereavement, we missed the drop-off time for our dog. We were met with a lack of empathy and unhelpful responses from both the owner and manager. When we explained our situation, we were told, "We are sorry for what has happened, but this is not our problem." The owner even said, "To be honest, we do not even want your dog." As a business owner myself, I believe that empathy and resolution are crucial, especially in difficult times. My wife and I practically begged for a solution, but none was offered. The attitude and tone over the phone were the worst part of the experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for understanding and compassionate service. Response to the owners feedback: To the Owner, To address the false assumptions and inaccuracies in your response. Firstly, you labelled my dog as aggressive without ever meeting or interacting with him. This baseless assumption is not only false but also unprofessional. I have noticed that you frequently use this "aggressive dog" statement whenever you receive negative feedback, which suggests a pattern of deflecting criticism rather than addressing the actual issues. Secondly, your statement that we did not follow your process is completely inaccurate. Both my wife and I came to your kennels as required. To claim otherwise is another falsehood. Lastly, it seems you are unaware of your own issues with anger and now, dishonesty. These shortcomings in your character are concerning, and it is unfortunate that you feel the need to lie to cover them up. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your service and your interactions with customers.
Very unprofessional and rude, if this is the way they respond to new customers then what can I say , would most definitely not leave my dog here, Could not answer a simple question on how often the dog is let out the kennels. Perhaps once a day for a walk if they are lucky? Do not deserve the business. Would not recommend at all .
Went and used the secure dog field for my manic pup. Not yet off lead trained and thought we would take her here to experience a good free roam. We and willow loved it. Nice big area with toys at the ready for her to play with. Nice little sheltered area for us to sit in when willow went for a sniff. Would highly recommend. Most certainly coming here again. Happy willow means happy me.
Excellent we can't praise the owners and staff of Glebe Farm enough, we have a Chihuahua who can be a little temperamental with people he doesn't know ! He has been going here for the last couple of years and we feel happy in the knowledge he is safe, secure and very well looked after, thank you to all at Glebe Farm.
Our dog seems to love there, he is always happy to see the staff there, and does not even look back at us when we drop him off. He has always come back healthy and happy. We feel comfortable leaving him there knowing he is safe and happy
Thanks for doing such an excellent job looking after our dog whilst we were away! Definitely kennels we would look to use again for our dog for a future holiday.
It was the first time I had ever left my dog in Kennels and Glebe Farm were great. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about big dogs. My dog had a great time
We used different kennels in the past but this was the first one where my dog Asher is excited to go, which does hurt my feelings when instead of being sad te be separated from us he is being happy to see people working there. I can see that he is well looked after and enjoys being walked in the woods by kennel staff. Since we tried Glebe Farm I cannot imagine leaving him anywhere else. Thank you to Glebe Farm for caring for Asher and Ninja.
Great staff. Excellent facilities. Very reasonably priced. The pooch always comes back happy, clean & healthy!
