After having a bad experience with another Toyota dealer I decided to try HW Moon. From the very start and right the way through the experience was superb. Simon went above and beyond to look after us and made sure the transaction was as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership and Simon if you're after a Toyota.
Bought my car from here 2 years ago and had a great experience with the staff member he was lovely and couldn't help enough. Just been in today to have a look at the new Aygo range and the man on the floor glasses and not much hair was really rude and patronising, wouldn't help and when I asked him about the car it seemed like an inconvenience that I wanted to know. He made me feel really small that I didn't have a place having a look at the cars. Shocking to see the change in customer service don't know what has happened, first tike I went they were brilliant and went above and beyond. To now, feeling as though I'm an inconvenience.
Great service from a family run dealer. Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable. Arranged everything for us to come from Glasgow to collect our car. Highly recommend.

Waiting area is clean and tidy, with free tea and coffee but is extremely cold, staff are very customer focused
Absolutely fabulous service! Went to collect my new car which I had been waiting for 6 months to be delivered. On entering the building the service agent was there immediately to meet me and take me to my vehicle. Was given a thorough handover and help setting up the Toyota app with a friendly advisor. Car was immaculate and had fuel in it! While handover took less than 30 mins and I was able to drive away. Would definitely recommend
Purchased a Toyota Corolla in November 2021. Just arranged a collection and delivery for my first service. Exceptionally friendly in all departments.
I recently purchased a used car, it had some issues before I completed the deal. Which I discussed with James and he agreed, he went above and beyond to resolve these issues. I went to collect the vehicle upon completion which left me speechless it was completely transformed and like a brand new car. I would highly recommed purchasing a car from this main dealer, the customer service is second to none! Peter Taylor
