I was very nervous about ordering online from here as the pram was £100 cheaper than anywhere else and it seemed too good to be true. I had never heard of this website before and too far away to go to the shop. But everything was perfect. Fast delivery, no faults with pram. Overall great experience, I would definitely use them again.
We visited Glasgow branch and shop looked busy. Good selection of baby stuff and prams. We been served by Nicola and I must to say she made company proud. Excellent knowledge of prams, patience of an angel. Very helpful. I spend ages looking and comparing prams , she took time explaining and showing us everything. 10 out or 10 service!
Visited yesterday to buy a pram unfortunately we left with nothing due to the horrific service. Not one single staff member approached us to ask if we needed help, they were more interested standing talking to each other. When we first arrived to the store the staff walked past us without saying Hi or even a smile I really have never experienced anything like it. No wonder the store was empty!
I don't think I have ever experienced worse customer service and just general ineptitude than I have with dealing with this company. I would advise any expectant parent to avoid this company like the plague, find the product you want and cut out the middleman ordering it direct from the manufacturer, it will save you a lot of time and stress I'm sure. We ordered a twin pram to arrive in October but it never appeared and we were faced with endless excuses and reasons that it wasn't arriving that seemed to change all the time. New dates kept being promised then those dates passed one by one. When eventually getting to the the much anticipated actual day of receiving something pram related, almost a month later with a paltry refund for not having a pram for a month and being housebound with our twins for the entirety of my paternity leave I went in to collect a pram not in the colour we ordered as this was not our pram but one meant for their display — but we were passed caring about the colour at this point and just wanted to take our twins outside to bring home to assemble and, lo and behold, found a multitude of parts missing for the second cot section. When phoning to ask about these missing parts after getting passed the usual hour waiting on hold it turned out that they didn't just forget to give us these parts but they had not been delivered and did not exist. After another round of back and forth to try and get these missing parts our original pram we ordered then miraculously appeared at the shop and once it was delivered it was surprisingly all present and correct and the saga concluded.
Service is so poor here & sadly it’s not been a one off.. Bought car seat from here and when it came to picking it up no one was able to help set it up. As new parents this would have been a nice gesture. Alternatively we were told we could wait for an hr and a half for someone to help. On another trip I went in looking for a stroller and after explaining I was travelling was told I’d left it too late. Which is fair enough but their willingness to help was next to none. Left to look at strollers myself again not having a clue how most of them fold up etc. Just overall felt as though they didn’t care. It’s a great store with lots of choice but that’s about it, might as well not have any staff in
Flawless. Was worried about the poor reviews but we had a great experience. Eilidh knew the pram we were looking at inside out. Explained everything about it. The maker's website was misleading as to whether it would fit our car. Eilidh gave them a call when they were open and let us know in a timely manner. Arranged to pick up the pram closer to the baby's due date to make the most of the guarantee. Pram was ready and waiting on the date we agreed; Nadia was extremely friendly on the front desk. The Centre offered to install the car seat for no charge and explained everything about it. Again, the staff member was very knowledgeable. Would happily shop here again :
We had a fantastic experience at Pram Centre in Glasgow. They stock a huge range of car seats, pretty much all brands you could every want and they're all available to view in store. We had done our research and decided we wanted an Axkid One2 for our baby but wanted to see it in our car before buying one and weren't sure where to go locally. The staff at Pram Centre showed us the Axkid One2 in person, demonstrated how to use it and get a good fit and then asked us to bring our car down to the front doors so they could test fit it for us, to see if it would be suitable for our car, as we had concerns about front legroom with it fitted. Additionally they talked us through other options and asked us about our baby's size and weight, what we want from a seat etc. I was really impressed with how much detail they went into and how much they knew and we were very grateful that they did a no obligation test fit in our actual car. The staff were so kind and friendly and lovely with our baby too. We also ended up buying a new stroller while we were there too and they were very honest about their lead times, as we chose one they needed to order in. Honestly wish we'd found this store sooner, it's literally the biggest baby store I've ever seen and the staff are so knowledgable and kind and not at all pushy. Can't wait to go back and buy our car seat once our baby is bigger!
First class service received today from Eilidh, she really knows her prams and made purchasing a pram for our new Grandchild a pleasure. Great service from this young lady.
We travelled from Edinburgh to visit here on great recommendations from friends and family. We were amazed by the selection of prams and other baby equipment they had to offer. Never seen anything like it. We had a brilliant experience and would say it is the best place to go if you are looking for a pram, etc. The staff couldn't be more helpful and it is so handy being able to test out so many prams before parting with your money. We had a minor issue with the stroller we purchased some months later and contacted the pram centre not expecting much but they couldn't have been more helpful Sandra was great and resolved our issue without any problem.
Visited here yesterday for the first time and it was amazing! Great selection of prams, furniture etc.. Found the pram we wanted and the girl Stacy d helped us and showed us how to use it and all the stuff that comes with it. Definitely recommend here! Haven't got my pram yet, due to get it in May but can't wait to get it! 5* x
