Terrible and it only gets worse. Go out for 7.10 no 17 bus which does not appear. Phoned to be told no problem and buses out. 7.28 bus does not appear either and when you call your call is ignored. A bus finally appears at 7.45 and the driver says 2 drivers did not appear. Why the lies can this company not be honest with it's regular travellers? Apparently not. This company used to have excellent customer service but does not seem to care anymore. We have no other way our of Duntocher till after 7.47.
Always use the 153 never normally a problem but depending on the driver it can be a bit of a race , especially when they are all racing down the paisley road west .I prefer this bus but normally just runs by
Use 15 once a week from Bearsden to Byres Road off peak times and have found service be ok but very expensive £4.10 day ticket in comparison to train £2.70. Will probably only use occasionaly now due to cost.
Horrible company. They got rid of the 15. Only serves only ONE bus route now and it’s just a pain buying separate tickets for different companies ! Really hope a different company could regularly serve the main Bearsden area!
This bus service is just horrible, never runs on time and finishes too early leaving me stranded most times. It’s more like a curse that it serves my area.
Hot ad good as 3 years agocall the helpfully staff gone now grumpy ones not a 5 star service no pavmemt staff and guide reading from a script no personality any more. Bring back old staff please.
Bus door jammed on journey so all off bus and waiit for all next buses no mention of elderly or medical conditions just survival of fittest in chaos. Won't do this again!!!
