Nice cathedral with nice pipe organs and choral. Nice stained glass windows and arches. Also it is worth to visit the lower cathedral. The cathedral is opened to visit all places at 1PM to 5PM. Lovely people there make the pleasure to see it and talk about cathedral. One important think, remove the cap, hat from your head for the respect for the church community.

Truly wonderful, atmospheric cathedral in a lovely location. Also known as the High Kirk of Glasgow, St Kentigern's or St Mungo's Cathedral. Apparently an episode of the (excellent) ‘Outlander’ TV series was part recorded here. All in all a marvellous, touching experience to visit the cathedral. Full of amazing sights (the stained glass windows are astounding) and staggering beauty. Free to get in but donations are welcome.

The big and dark (specially at dull winter days) medieval cathedral. This oldest Glasgow cathedral is perfect example of Scottish Gothic architecture. It's worth to see it (and it's free)...

Really beautiful and interesting, but I wish there was a better self guided tour. The little leaflet wasn’t super helpful, especially because it didn’t have a diagram of the cathedral. Also part of it is under construction. Overall, St. Giles in Edinburgh is much better.

Very 'real' Gothic atmosphere, nothing like the over decorated baroque churches. It feels like Robin Hood (or his Scottish counterpart) can burst in any time. Don't forget to visit the Necropolis too.
