Unbelievable atmosphere and the food is a-ma-ZING. Had fennel fritters as a starter, roasted cauliflower and roasted onions as mains. A whole new level of amazingness - vegetarian/vegan and finest cuisine at it’s best is not at all contradictory, and Glas proves it. And that’s not just the food - the place just makes you feel great, starting with the nice flower smell all over the place likely due to all the actual - not artificial - flowers. Also the interior is space, very cozy and staff very attentive and discrete simultaneously. Excellent experience on all levels, my first - but certainly not last - visit.
This one took me on the trip. I was astounded by the selection of vegan plates to choose from. The portions are on the small size however this is to be expected from a place that aims more for the contemporary artisan way of serving food. I can say that if you are an Irish vegan anything you’d choose here would simply blow your mind. The combinations of ingredients, the unbelievable freshness of produce and the presentation on the plate would take you to the place where no other vegan place I. This country can. I’d recommend celeriac with potato dumplings which resemble Polish “Russian” dumplings in texture but they look like little donuts and just melt in your mouth. The other high point for me was the plum with sat that just hit different. Not to mention cocktails that are executed to the highest possible standards. Vegan White Russian was mind blowing. Overall it’s a pricy place but we’ll worth the experience. A place you have to visit.
Food is absolutely amazing. So many interesting and unique dishes bursting with flavour. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and the decor is really nice. Lots of drinks and cocktails to choose from too! Had such a pleasant experience here. The staff were lovey too. 100% recommend.
Definitely one of my favorite Vegetarian/Vegan fine dining restaurants in Dublin. The atmosphere in the restaurant is stylish, the food is delicious and versatile and the menu changes seasonally 4-5 times a year. The service was attentive and was able to answer all of our questions about the menu. One thing to note is that the portion size is a bit smaller compared to other restaurants, so it's recommended to choose a 2/3 course menu.
Came here for work lunch. I’ve heard good reviews about it. And my expectations were met. The food was really good. It had a modern spin to it. The ambience was also a nice surprise. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone, not just vegans/vegetarians!
The food is amazing and portions are impressive, my parsnip however was dry and hard - simply a heavy piece of root with no taste. The rest was very delicious. Would be great to have some complimentary bread and “butter”.
Absolutely GORGEOUS food which was also beautifully presented. I thoroughly enjoyed every single mouthful and the wine was fabulous too. Super friendly and welcoming staff. The decor is really lovely and the atmosphere was perfect. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend 10/10. Well done to all.
Trendy vegetarian / vegan restaurant. Nice vibe and pleasant stuff. The food was ok, I think the presentation was better than the actual taste. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the food, but I don’t think I would come again. If you are strict vegetarian / vegan not like me I would recommend.
Had a great time at Glas! The food is super delicious and the special cocktail they had on that night was amazing! Absolutely recommended for vegan people! It is not cheap, but worth the money in my opinion.
Really wanted to like this place more than I did. Decor and ambience was lovely - elegant and chic. Man at the bar stood out in terms of service - very helpful and friendly, but the same could not be said about the other service staff. Foodwise, the roasted carrot main was great - lovely texture and flavours. While the restaurant showcased vegetables well and there was definitely some interesting items, there was not a lot of food to eat per dish and it didn't feel quite wholesome - perhaps lacked protein. Rather disappointed given the price of the meal. I had a 3 course meal but was hungry soon after - ate a falafel roll down the road later that evening.
