Geoffrey is well looked after, and is happy most of the time. The Dr comes ASAP if needed, plus his poorly nails and feet are looked at regally. The family rooms are nice, for a quiet visit, all the rooms are bright, and clean.
An absolutely excellent care home. Staff go above and beyond for their residents and are always happy and chatty when you see them.nThe care is amazing and they take the time to speak and interact with the residents and form a relationship with them which I think is a vital part of caring.nThanks to all at Glan Marlais for taking such good care of my gran and I know that she is safe in your care.nFab management, fab carers, fab food...nTHANKYOU all. X
There is no privacy here, it looks like they all have to conform, not very homely, I've seen much better homes.
