These nail bars are usually much of a much, but I visited today and they greeted me in a friendly way, asked if I wanted a drink (that virtually never happens anywhere else). I was very happy - nothing amazing but better than average. I will visit again.

Went in for acrylic infills (£17) they convinced me I need a full set (£25). They ended up charging me £30, when I told them their price list says £25 they muttered something in unclear English and then a foreign language to the other men in the salon, followed by 'no it's £30'. I was shocked, paid the £30 and walked out with no tip (as I expect they'll be taking the £5 as tip for themselves) and I will never return again. Nails are an ugly bulky shape. And less than 2 weeks later a nail has started to lift. Acrylics usually last me 4 weeks before nails start to lift. Staff are short with you, think they are funny, but made inappropriate 'jokes' about appearance.

Had the most dreadful experience here. Booked an appointment for 2 manicures - had a very rushed job from the beginning and 5 mins into it another lady came in asking for a manicure. The manager, who was doing my nails, stopped working on me and left to do this other lady's nails, despite the fact she had not made an appointment and we had. He failed to say anything to me about it and left me there for ages. I was eventually told that the technician doing my daughter's nails would do mine after she had finished. Absolutely no apology, no explanation and refused to confront the situation when I questioned why he had stopped doing my nails in order to do someone else's. The most disgraceful customer service so I got up and left. Will NOT be going back.

If there is a no star I would have chosen it , Awful experience such a bulky disgusting nails , never go back there again

All I'm saying is that the staff are extremely rude. once I actually translated their language with the help of my Vietnamese friend and let me tell you they talk dirt about a lot of customers. They should be ashamed of their customer service. Such a 2 faced people if they have a problem with you they won't confront you they just talk behind your back which is disgusting I will not recommend this place to anyone.
