Went in for an eyebrow wax, spent over half an hour waiting. But I hadn't made an appointment. The woman who did my eyebrows was  The WORSE! I only needed a tidy up my eyebrows are normally thick which I prefer. They are now thin, uneven, my left one has a gap missing! If I hadn't looked in the mirror while was getting something than she would have kept on at it making them worse. After asking what they were gong to do about I got told that there was nothing wrong with them, that she hadn't touched them, and what do I want them to do about it... Stick them back on?  Definitely would not recommend.  Absolutely furious!!!!!!!!!!!!

Literally the worst nails I have EVER had done in my LIFE. My nails didn't last longer than a week. I had to go in THREE times for repairs and these were meant to be my prom nails. Terrible.

THE WORST nails I have ever had done. Two of my nails came off just after a week, I complain and they ask me to send pictures of my actual nails as it is more than likely my fault. They rushed my nails so each one was a difference thickness and not the same size or shape and then to top it off every single nail came off just 15 days after having them done. 

Also did not appreciate them shouting at me down the phone and waking me up insisting they had to talk to me when my mum told them I worked nights and I was in bed asleep. Would not recommend or go back.
