Not sure why so many negative comments. Gladstone sent me a number of forms, I completed them. Several came back with no PPI paid by me but 2 did and money sent direct to my account. Great service from start to finish and no work on my part!!!! Would definitely recommend.

Been waiting over two months. I receive texts from them but there is no way to reply or contact anyone. If I ring it just says there is nobody available to take the call. Also there is no email address. I need to give them some additional info but there is no means of doing this except by post, and I want to discuss it. Not impressed !

Signed up on the website but decided not to proceed due to the previous bad reviews. Now I get silent phone calls from them on almost a daily basis, very professional!

Useless company! Been waiting 18 months for one claim! Signed lots of paper work but then they come back 2 months later asking for proof of ID etc, sent it off and it was rejected as the photocopy was too faint - even though other documents sent were printed from same printer! I wouldn't bother with this company, try and do it yourself and save money!
