Phoned GK Locksmiths for advice about unlocking a pair of drawers on a second-hand desk I'd just bought. I didn't want to pay for a call-out as this would have cost 2x the price of the desk - which they totally understood. Rob, the guy I spoke to, was very obliging and, once we'd clarified what kind of lock it was, offered to lend me a set of keys to try out for myself. He gave me a set of 8 to try and the result was a complete success the same day. Have to commend the company for being flexible and considerate - they are very nice and were very kind to help me out at no cost to me. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Couldn’t recommend this locksmiths enough! Fast, friendly and reliable service. I have used them many times over the past 15 years and find them very trustworthy they won’t rip you off, even in an emergency! and professional.
There’s a reason there are only 5 star reviews! Friendly and super efficient service, my lock was changed same day and 8 new keys cut for my team, which meant zero work for me! Would highly recommend and wouldn’t look elsewhere myself in the future!
I called GK Locksmiths as I wasn't able to insert my key into my lock. They requested that I send them photo's of the lock to them. They then advised it was an issue i could resolve myself and Aliah and Julian kindly talked me through how to fix the problem. I was blown away by their kindness and williness to help - and not to subject me to a call out fee to fix. Highly recommend.
Super professional and helpful… so nice to have genuine customer service. I wasn’t able to use their services in the end as I had to use a specific key stocker but Rob still was so helpful even knowing this would be the case and guided me in the right direction, really went that extra mile just to be helpful, a rarity these days. I’ll be sure to be come back to actually use their services and recommend ofc - thanks!
Recommend this place 100%. It’s tricky to find a trustworthy locksmith with decent prices in London, but this is it. Friendly staff, quick service, prices in keeping with UK Master Locksmith Association minimums for the services I used, at least. Welcoming of folks from all backgrounds & good banter to boot. Using them for any key/locksmith needs from now on.
Julian and his team are lovely, efficient and very helpful. They were very responsive to an urgent fix needed for a broken mortice door lock and were a joy to deal with! recommend 110%.
Craig was fantastic - extremely knowledgeable and smooth installation of a smart lock in our home. I appreciated how polite and professional he was - with very reasonable pricing for installation
Cannot rate highly enough! Lost key for locked security gate totally messed up by cowboy locksmith who spent 2 hours banging, clanging and drilling with no result. Called GK, Rob came round with trusty tool box and confidence. Lock was out, replaced and fitted in under 40 minutes. No hidden charges. Absolutely excellent service. Photos are in reverse order. FYI the card machine won't accept much deserved tips...
